Why we started this

For years our HVAC team at ACR For You has been pulling moldy AC coils, finding water-damaged ductwork, and getting calls about "weird smells" in attics and crawl spaces. The local options for actual mold remediation were either national chains that overcharge, or one-truck operators that disappear when something goes wrong.

We launched Sarasota Mold Pro to fix that gap: licensed, insured, locally accountable, with the HVAC backup most mold companies don't have.

Service philosophy

Three rules we live by:

1. No fear-selling. If you don't need remediation, we'll tell you. Sometimes a $200 dehumidifier and a drain-line clean fixes the whole problem.
2. Independent post-testing. We don't get paid the final installment until a third party verifies the area passed clearance.
3. Local accountability. Same office, same team, same trucks for both Sarasota Mold Pro and ACR For You. You can find us in person.
